• We will take plenty of photos of your property and advertise it on www.daft.ie and on our own website.
• We will show the property for as long as it takes to secure a suitable tenant. We are available to do viewings in the evenings and at weekends.
• Once we've secured a tenant we take a deposit and check references.
• On moving the tenant in we obtain the first months rent and do all the necessary paperwork, which is then passed on to you the landlord.

Full Property Management Service
