Landlords - If you would like us to source a good quality tenant for your investment property, but would like to look after the property yourself after that, we can supply the following "Let Only Service":

• We will take plenty of photos of your property and advertise it on www.daft.ie and on our own website.
• We will show the property for as long as it takes to secure a suitable tenant. We are available to do viewings in the evenings and at weekends.
• Once we've secured a tenant we take a deposit and check references.
• On moving the tenant in we obtain the first months rent and do all the necessary paperwork, which is then passed on to you the landlord.

Property Management - If you are a busy landlord and are struggling to find the time to source tenants and maintain your investment property to a good standard, then why not avail of our Full Management Service.
